Intern - Tech Operation Support

About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Tech Ops Support Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, technology, and business tools to support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in daily operational and technical support tasks.

Work with Excel to manage, analyze, and report data.

Support data extraction, cleaning, and analysis using SQL .

Work with CRM tools for data management and reporting.

Explore and apply AI tools for process efficiency.

Assist in troubleshooting and process automation initiatives.

Must-Have Skills

Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualization).

Knowledge of AI tools and their business applications.

Strong understanding of Data Analysis concepts.

Working knowledge of SQL

Experience with CRM tools

Good-to-Have Skills

Python knowledge (for automation, data handling, or analytics).

Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
