About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to various HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and HR operations. The internship will be a great opportunity to learn and contribute to real-time projects while building a foundation for a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
- Support onboarding and documentation of new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Support payroll and HR operations (attendance, leave tracking, basic compliance).
- Conduct basic research and contribute to HR projects and policy updates.
- Handle day-to-day HR queries from employees under supervision.
Qualifications & Skills
Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's / Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.High level of integrity and confidentiality.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and detail-oriented.What We Offer
