Key Responsibilities
- Drive SEO strategy and execution : keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, technical audits, and content collaboration.
- Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms, optimizing for CPL, ROI, and pipeline impact.
- Leverage AI tools (for campaign management, content ops, reporting, and optimization) to accelerate impact and productivity.
- Collaborate on inbound (content, website CRO) and outbound (email, LinkedIn) initiatives for full-funnel GTM execution.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with clear recommendations.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in SEO + performance marketing (hands-on, not just strategy).Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics / Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs / SEMrush).Demonstrated use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Zapier, automation tools) in marketing workflows.Excellent written and spoken English – must be comfortable creating and refining copy.Self-learner, curious, and driven to grow fast in a high-responsibility role.What's on Offer
