Engineering Manager

Hiring, Engineering Manager with a strong customer focus, ability to solve complex business problems, attention to detail and highly collaborative communication skills. Engineering Manager will lead a team of talented developers to deliver a high quality customer facing progressive web app that can run at scale. We are looking for a hands-on technical leader who embrace new technologies with cutting edge development practices, Continuous Integration, continuous delivery, and world class mobility experience.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Architect, Design and build customer facing progressive web app for scale
• Collaboration with cross functional teams in terms of development & deployment.
• Should be able to associate himself with the below : Agile, Pair-Programming, Scrum, CI-CD, Devops, Jenkins, TDD, BDD, AWS, JIRA, Bitbucket, Git,
• Sound knowledge of Software Architecture and design patterns
• Self-learner with a desire to stay informed on best practices and latest in web development
• Ability to multi-task and switch context to changing priorities in a highly dynamic environment
• Excellent troubleshooting skills, especially in a complex application stack
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Should be able to guide and mentor 6-10 member development team on Java and Javascript stack
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
