Job Description :

We are seeking a highly experienced Engineering Manager with strong expertise in C++ and system-level programming.

The ideal candidate will lead and mentor a team of engineers, drive technical excellence, and deliver high performance software solutions in a fast-paced product-based Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and ownership.
• Drive the design and development of scalable, high-performance, and reliable software solutions using modern C++.
• Provide technical guidance on system-level programming, including memory management, collections, and multithreading.
• Oversee architecture discussions, code reviews, and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
• Optimize application performance with a strong focus on efficient memory usage and concurrency handling.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and cross-functional teams in an agile environment to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries.
• Own the full engineering lifecycle from requirement analysis and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Stay updated with emerging C++ standards, frameworks, and tools, and drive adoption of modern engineering Skills :
• Proven leadership experience in managing engineering teams, ideally in product-based or high performance system environments.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs), design principles, and system architecture.
• Strong expertise in Multithreading, synchronization techniques, and concurrency control.
• In-depth knowledge of Data Structures, Collections, and Memory Management (heap, stack, pointers, memory leaks).
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills with the ability to influence technical direction.
