Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our software development teams. This role requires a strong technical background combined with proven leadership skills to drive execution, ensure engineering excellence, and foster innovation. The ideal candidate will balance hands-on technical contributions with people management and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers (SDEs, Sr. SDEs, etc.).
• Drive end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to define roadmaps and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Establish and enforce best practices in coding standards, architecture, testing, and deployment.
• Conduct regular 1 : 1s, performance reviews, and career development sessions with engineers.
• Promote a culture of ownership, continuous learning, and innovation.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and bring relevant improvements to the stack.
• Manage resource planning, hiring, and team scaling.
• Monitor engineering metrics (velocity, quality, uptime) and drive continuous improvements.
