About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and driven Associate Campaign Manager to join our fast-growing team at Skillinabox .

In this role, you'll be the bridge between creativity and data — planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that don't just reach people, but resonate with them.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (social, email, paid, influencer, etc.) to drive engagement and conversions.
• Coordinate with content and design teams to ensure campaign creatives align with the brand story and goals.
• Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare reports to improve ROI.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication for seamless campaign execution.
• Identify growth opportunities through audience insights, trends, and competitor analysis.
• Experiment with new formats, tools, and marketing strategies to enhance audience reach and impact.
• Support brand initiatives, events, and collaborations that amplify Skillinabox's presence.
