Job Summary

The Manager- Response will be responsible for driving the end-to-end strategy and execution of audience growth and engagement initiatives for Empor Marcom’s campaigns and projects. This role blends strategic marketing, stakeholder engagement, internal coordination, and external communication to ensure the right audience participation and ROI across our events and campaigns.

Responsibilities :

Audience & Campaign Strategy

• Develop and execute audience acquisition strategies to achieve target attendance and engagement metrics across conferences, summits, and digital campaigns.
• Identify and segment target audiences using data-driven insights, CRM analytics, and industry mapping.
• Build value propositions and engagement plans for each audience segment (CXOs, senior executives, decision-makers).
