Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Functional Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to our strategic Corporate Lending Program within Global Credit Finance IT. The role will involve managing multiple projects focused on payments, Loan IQ initiatives, and transformation programs aimed at driving innovation, operational excellence, and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work across multiple IT change projects related to payment initiatives, Loan IQ, and corporate lending transformation.
- Analyze, document, and improve business processes to ensure alignment with technology solutions and organizational objectives.
- Provide functional input to technology teams and recommend enhancements aligned with industry best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend alternative processes or systems to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Research and resolve business or system-related issues raised by internal stakeholders.
- Support transformation initiatives in payments, including :
- Industry-wide migration from SWIFT MT to ISO20022 MX messages.
- Real-time payment (RTP) integration and readiness.
- Participate in product or platform-wide release management, including deployment processes and change strategies.
- Collaborate with business, technology, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
- Assist with special projects in the payments domain as needed.
Required Skills & Experience :
7+ years of overall experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within banking or financial services.Strong understanding of payment systems, SWIFT standards, ISO20022, and real-time payments.Hands-on experience with Loan IQ or similar loan management platforms.Experience in requirement gathering, functional documentation, use case creation, and process mapping.Familiarity with change management and release processes in enterprise environments.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and manage multiple priorities across teams.(ref : hirist.tech)
