Analyst / Senior Analyst Accounting

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and post payroll journal entries with detailed cost centre-wise allocation.

Upload  client invoices in the accounting system.

Prepare and post Trial Balance (TB) entries and ensure accuracy in the accounting system.

Record and reconcile accruals and deferred income as part of the monthly closing process.

Handle bank payment processing and related activities across the APAC region.

Coordinate and liaise with auditors during statutory and financial audits.

Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements across the assigned countries.

Provide support to the UK finance team in accounting, reporting, and audit matters.

Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance operations.

Proficiency in NetSuite preferred.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines .
