Primary Job Title (standardized) : Regional Sales Director
Role & Responsibilities
- Own regional P&L and deliver consistent revenue growth by developing and executing a territory sales strategy across assigned states in India.
- Build, lead, and coach an on-site sales team—set targets, establish KPIs, and drive performance through structured sales processes.
- Acquire and expand key enterprise accounts via strategic outreach, solution selling, and senior stakeholder engagement.
- Develop and scale channel partner relationships (recruitment partners, vendors, and referral networks) to broaden market coverage and reduce customer acquisition costs.
- Forecast demand, manage pipeline rigorously, and use CRM-driven insights to optimise conversion, pricing, and contract terms.
- Collaborate with delivery, operations, and legal teams to ensure SLAs, compliance, and timely fulfilment of staffing solutions.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
Proven regional sales leadership in staffing, workforce solutions, or B2B services within India.Track record of meeting / exceeding revenue targets and managing P&L responsibility.Experience building and scaling on-site sales teams and field operations.Strong competency in CRM-driven sales processes and pipeline management.Demonstrated success in channel development and key account management.Excellent negotiation experience for commercial contracts and SLAs.Preferred
