Lead the entire deal lifecycle, from structuring to closure. Mentor and build city or regional teams. Have the opportunity to build new markets and grow with the company. We're hiring an Associate Director – Sales (Financing / Leasing) to join our leadership sales team in multiple key cities across India.
As the Associate Director – Sales, your responsibilities would be :
- Originate, manage, and grow client relationships with mid-market corporates.
- Lead the deal lifecycle, including structuring, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Expand the client base within your assigned geography.
- Help build and mentor city / regional teams as needed.
- Drive pipeline growth and ensure consistent revenue.
