Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement sales and leasing strategies for commercial properties to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and engage with potential clients, tenants, and investors to drive business growth.

• Negotiate leasing agreements and commercial property sales, ensuring favorable terms for both clients and the company.
