We are looking for a Seasoned Delivery Manager to lead service delivery and project execution across a portfolio of IT services and initiatives. This role demands strong leadership, stakeholder management, delivery governance, and people development capabilities. The ideal candidate is expected to lead by example, ensure operational excellence, foster collaboration, and develop high-performing teams in a global delivery model.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Service & Project Delivery
- Oversee end-to-end service delivery for IT services and support teams.
- Drive the successful execution of projects and programs within scope, time, and budget.
- Ensure production support, system maintenance, and customer SLAs are consistently met.
- Monitor delivery metrics, project status, and cost performance; report to senior stakeholders.
2. Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (including global counterparts).Act as a single point of contact for delivery escalations and solutioning.Align delivery roadmaps with business goals and strategic priorities.3. Team & People Management
Lead a cross-functional team of 20–30 members including developers, QA, analysts, architects, and Scrum Masters.Drive recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and professional development plans.Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to grow both technically and behaviorally.Foster an inclusive, empowered, and value-driven team culture.4. Governance & Process Excellence
Implement best practices in Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies.Introduce productivity improvement measures, automation, and continuous service enhancement.Drive change management initiatives with a focus on innovation and efficiency.Coordinate with internal and external teams (India and Belgium) for optimal collaboration.5. Budget & Resource Management
Own team budget, staffing, and resource planning.Optimize team utilization and ensure alignment with financial targets.Manage third-party vendors and contractors to ensure delivery commitments are met.6. Culture & Communication
Promote Colruyt Group's core values and organizational mission.Ensure clear, frequent, and open communication across teams.Actively engage the team to drive ownership, transparency, and continuous learning.Qualifications & Experience :
Total Experience : 18+ years in IT delivery and services.Project / Program Delivery : 5+ years of hands-on experience managing full lifecycle projects in Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall environments.People Management : 5+ years managing cross-functional technical teams of 20+.Strong experience managing global teams in an onsite–offshore model.Proven expertise in working with stakeholders, clients, and vendor partners in a complex, matrixed organization.Familiarity with ITSM tools, delivery KPIs, and SLE compliance.Exposure to staffing, induction, appraisal, release, and team capacity planning.Required Skills & Attributes :
