Industrial System Engineer

We, at D2 International, are looking for an experienced

Industrial Engineer

from the

leather accessories export industry . The role involves overseeing factory operations, ensuring cost-effective production, and managing timely order execution. Candidates with experience in leather handbags and accessories, strong communication skills, and a professional demeanour will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities of the Role :

Creating bespoke solutions to meet client requirements

Delivery of Lean Solutions

Change Management Process

Lean and Six Sigma Training (Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt, Customised Solutions)

Development of New Lean Solutions for Clients

Lean Coaching, mentoring

Project Execution where applicable

Initiate and lead continuous improvement initiatives within Crystal Lean Solutions Identifying scope for process optimizations and reducing cycle time

Conducting Time study, Method study, and Capacity study

Estimate production cost and effect of product design changes for management review, action, and control

Coordinate quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability and minimize cost

Line balancing

Kaizen Implementations

Implementation of 5s and Lean manufacturing procedures

Confer with vendors, staff, and management personnel regarding purchases, procedures, product specifications and manufacturing capabilities

Assisting in financial planning and cost analysis

Study and rearrange material flow and operations sequence

Regulate and alter workflow schedules according to established manufacturing sequences and lead times to accelerate production operations

Essential Skills and Qualification :

Industrial Handbags & Accessories Industrial Engineer

Bachelor's Degree from Premium Institutes

Must have working Experience Leather Handbags and Accessories Export House as a PPC, IE executive, IE manager

Total work experience : 8 years (Preferred in Industrial Engineering)
