This role will own sales, BD and business growth execution via partners and direct enterprise deals, driving pipeline building → closure, while elevating sales ops and partner performance.What to screen for (must-haves) :
- 10–15 yrs in enterprise sales / BD / partnerships (Tech product sales / SaaS / retail-tech preferred)
- Proven closing track record and partner-led GTM success
- Strong experience in CXO engagement; hands-on execution in a lean team
- Experience working with and delivering results with lean teamsKindly prioritize candidates who have led both direct deals and partner ecosystems with measurable revenue outcomes.What You’ll Do- Sales & Pre-Sales Support- Develop high-quality sales decks, proposals, and collaterals.- Support enterprise client calls, capture follow-ups, and track closures.- Work with product, tech, and legal teams to deliver winning proposals.- Partner Operations- Onboard new partners, manage operational cadences, and ensure joint activities are executed.- Support joint campaigns and partner programs with measurable outcomes.- Sales Operations & Reporting- Maintain pipeline dashboards, forecasts, and management reports.- Ensure reporting accuracy for leadership and partner reviews.- Cross-Functional Execution- Liaise with product, finance, marketing, and legal to keep deal cycles moving.- Support internal and external events, showcases, and workshops.What Success Looks Like- Accurate and timely reporting on pipeline and sales activities.- Sales assets and proposals delivered at high quality, on time.- Partner onboarding SLAs and operational commitments met.- Action items from client / partner meetings consistently closed.- Smooth collaboration with internal cross-functional teams.
