Manager - Credit (Infra)

Specialized job competencies :

• Understanding of financial statements, and financial analysis of corporates / mid-corporates
• Proficient writing skills, for preparing credit appraisal note, in concise manner, while at the same time bringing out all the key aspects of a transaction
• Financial modelling skills (MS-Excel) for preparing business plan / financial projections.
• Domain expertise in sectors under coverage
• Understanding of banking / lending business, and the regulatory aspects in relation to the same
• Research oriented approach of working with an eye for detail.
• Term sheet Drafting
• Identifying key drivers, risks and key issues in the transaction being evaluated, and leading the discussions with client and other stakeholders (LIE, rating agencies, etc) for understanding key aspects / risks of the transaction, and obtaining suitable clarifications on the same, with the objective of making the transaction bankable.
