Job description

Credit Underwriting :

Assess new and enhanced credit proposals for working capital facilities.
Analyze financial statements, projections, and industry trends to evaluate creditworthiness.
Prepare detailed risk advisories covering business, financial, management, and structural risks.

Stakeholder Engagement :

Present credit recommendations to senior credit committees, influencing key decisions.

Conduct meetings with company management and lenders; perform site and plant visits for holistic credit evaluation.

Portfolio Management

Compliance & Coordination :

Ensure adherence to internal credit policies and RBI guidelines.

Coordinate with legal, valuation, and operations teams to facilitate timely disbursements.

Qualifications & Skills :

CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

9 years of experience in credit underwriting for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs)

Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and risk assessment.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Familiarity with RBI regulations and corporate banking products.
