Job descriptionGraduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (preferably with specialization in HR, Training, or Sales). 3-6 years of experience in Sales / Collections Training (NBFC / BFSI preferred). Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Ability to engage field and telecalling staff effectively. Experience in preparing MIS / reports on training effectiveness is a plus. Key Responsibilities :
- Design and deliver training programs for Sales (Two-Wheeler Loans, Car Loans, CV Loans) and Collections teams.
- Conduct Induction Training for new joiners on products, processes, sales techniques, and collection strategies.
- Develop training modules, manuals, and assessments tailored for on-ground teams and telecalling staff.
- Organize refresher trainings to bridge knowledge / skill gaps.
- Monitor performance metrics post-training and conduct feedback sessions with managers.
- Collaborate with Business Heads, HR, and Operations to understand training needs and customize content accordingly.
- Stay updated with RBI guidelines, compliance norms, and market practices to ensure training relevance.
- Coach underperformers through On-the-Job Training (OJT) and mentoring.
- Drive digital learning adoption through internal LMS or video-based learning where applicable.
