About the Role
We are looking for a HubSpot Sales Manager with strong agency experience and a proven track record of selling HubSpot solutions, services, or licenses. The ideal candidate understands how agencies operate, has a consultative approach to sales, and can connect client challenges with HubSpot’s capabilities. This is a high-impact role that combines strategic selling, relationship management, and deep knowledge of the HubSpot ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business by selling HubSpot CRM, Marketing, and Sales Hub solutions to B2B clients.
- Engage in consultative selling — understand client requirements and position HubSpot as a tailored solution.
- Develop and execute a structured sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to scope and propose HubSpot implementation, onboarding, and retainership packages.
- Conduct product demos, client presentations, and discovery sessions to showcase HubSpot’s value.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Work closely with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure seamless client experience from pitch to execution.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts using HubSpot CRM.
- Stay updated on HubSpot product releases, certifications, and partner programs to drive sales conversations effectively.
Skills & Qualifications
4–6 years of total experience in B2B sales, business development, or marketing technology consulting.Must have agency-side experience, with exposure to selling HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms.Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub functionalities.Proven success in closing deals for HubSpot services, licenses, or retainerships.Excellent client-facing, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to translate client pain points into actionable HubSpot solutions.HubSpot certifications (Sales Hub, Inbound Sales, or Solutions Partner) are preferred.Highly motivated, target-driven, and collaborative, with an ownership mindset.Job Type : Full-time, In-office
