Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pastry Chef located in Mumbai. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for designing, preparing, and presenting a variety of baked goods and desserts, including pastries, cakes, and other confections. The role involves managing daily food preparation, ensuring high-quality standards, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, and collaborating with the culinary team to develop new and innovative recipes. The Pastry Chef will also oversee inventory and ensure consistency in product quality.
