We are looking for an experienced and creative Executive Chef – Bakery to lead our bakery operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee complete bakery production and daily operations
- Develop new bakery items, recipes, and seasonal menus
- Maintain product quality, consistency, hygiene, and safety standards
- Manage inventory, production planning, and cost control
- Train and supervise the bakery team
- Ensure smooth coordination with the central kitchen and management
Requirements :
10–15 years of experience in Bakery / PastryMinimum 3–5 years in a leadership roleStrong technical knowledge in artisan breads, viennoiserie, and bakery productsCreative, quality-focused, and strong team leadership skillsHiring : Sous Chef – Pastry
We are looking for a talented and experienced Sous Chef – Pastry to support our pastry kitchen operations and assist the Executive Pastry Chef.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in managing day-to-day pastry productionEnsure quality, consistency, and presentation of all pastry itemsSupport recipe development and new product creationMaintain hygiene, safety, and production standardsSupervise, guide, and train junior pastry staffManage inventory, production logs, and wastage controlRequirements :
6–10 years of experience in Pastry / BakeryStrong technical skills in desserts, cakes, and bakery itemsGood leadership and team-handling abilitiesCreativity and attention to detailJob Location : - Mumbai ( Govandi )
