Key Responsibilities
Parent Counselling & Onboarding
- Conduct in-depth school tours and virtual counselling sessions for prospective families.
- Understand individual family requirements and provide personalized admission guidance aligned with our educational philosophy.
- Collaborate with academic, residential, and finance teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to support inquiry conversion and enrollment.
- Continuously refine admission workflows to enhance efficiency and parent satisfaction.
International Admissions, Corporate Partnerships & Outreach
Assist in developing and managing relationships with corporate entities, embassies, relocation agencies, and expat communities.Represent the school at education fairs, networking forums, and community outreach events.Parent Engagement & Lead Nurturing
Implement strategic communication plans using email, WhatsApp, and CRM platforms.Leverage automation tools to ensure timely and meaningful engagement with prospective families.Support the planning and execution of open houses, info sessions, and promotional events.Work closely with the marketing team to maintain consistent messaging across platforms.Student Retention
Coordinate with faculty and residential teams to address concerns and ensure student and parent satisfaction.Develop and implement strategies to support student retention and long-term engagement.Reporting & Analytics
Maintain accurate CRM records and generate insights through regular reporting on admissions trends, lead conversion rates, and withdrawals.Use data analytics to recommend and implement improvements in admissions strategies.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.3–4 years (Admissions Counsellor / Assistant Manager) 4-7 Years (Admissions Manager) 5-9 Years (Senior Manager-Lead Parent Partnership & Admissions) of relevant experience in admissions, sales, or client servicing—Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Proficiency in CRM systems and lead management tools.Ability to work cross-functionally and effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.Compensation
