Overseas Admission Senior Manager - Direct Counselling

Job descriptionTeam Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of 10–15 country counselors, ensuring achievement of admission and visa targets. Admissions Oversight : Supervise end-to-end student admission processes for international programs. University Relations : Build and strengthen relationships with global universities and partners. Compliance : Ensure adherence to visa and admission regulations across destinations. Performance Tracking : Monitor team productivity and maintain strong conversion metrics. Market Insights : Stay informed about education trends, visa updates, and country-specific requirements. Student Success : Drive exceptional student experiences through personalized guidance and timely resolution of concerns. 6–10 years of experience in study abroad, international admissions, or student recruitment. Proven team leadership experience in driving visa and admission results. Strong understanding of global education systems and visa processes. Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills. Experience with platforms like Leap Scholar, Geebee, Yocket, Unischolar, Great Learning, or similar is preferred. Working Days : 6 days a week Expected Team Output : 400+ visas per year Location : Pan-India
