Redian Software - Team Lead - MEAN / MERN Stack Development

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of developers working on MEAN or MERN stack technologies.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, Angular / React.js, and Node.js.
• Take ownership of technical architecture and ensure best practices in code quality, performance, and Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality software.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to team members.
• Define development timelines, task allocation, and sprint planning in Agile / Scrum environments.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across platforms.
• Ensure proper integration of third-party APIs and data sources.
• Maintain technical documentation and assist with deployment pipelines (CI / CD).
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to tools and practices.
