Redian Software - Team Lead - Mobile App Development

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers working on iOS (Swift / Objective-C) and / or Android (Kotlin / Java) applications.
• Architect, design, and develop scalable, high-performance mobile applications that meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI / UX designers, backend engineers, and QA teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Define technical standards, code quality guidelines, and best practices for mobile development.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and optimize application performance.
• Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and track team progress using Agile methodologies.
• Oversee app deployment and release management in App Store and Google Play Store.
• Identify and troubleshoot bugs, performance bottlenecks, and ensure timely resolution.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile development trends, tools, and technologies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate APIs and third-party services.
