Full Stack Technology Development Team Lead

SchoolCues is a fast-growing SaaS-based EdTech company in education vertical based in Phoenix, AZ. We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack .NET Technology Team Leader to join our team as soon as possible.

The ‘Team Lead ‘ will have a strong technology and software development background in .NET with a minimum of 4-6 years in leading a delivery team. A strong background in full-stack .NET design patterns and paradigms, with extensive experience in SQL, MVC, .NET Core, and other technology stacks, is required. Powerful spoken and written English skills with leadership skills is an absolute requirement for this position.

The development team at SchoolCues is responsible for the SaaS platform, a complex system that continues to evolve with new functionalities, integration with third-party products, reworking existing functionalities, and the upkeep of the system 24 / 7.

Responsibilities

Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in leading a development team of 10+ developers

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the development of Web-based applications using Microsoft .NET technologies

Demonstrated ability to monitor team performance, adherence to coding standards, and problem-solving skills / ability to mentor a remote hybrid team of developers and testers.

Hands-on development capabilities in the core functional areas of the platform

Proficiency in OOPS concept, Microsoft .NET technologies, C#, SQL Server, ORM, Web API

Proficiency in JavaScript, JavaScript frameworks, and HTML / CSS,

Experience working with Agile Development methodologies, CI / CD platforms, Source Control Systems, and Bug tracking systems

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science / MCA or a related degree in software development

Front-end development experience with jQuery skills preferred

Should have been in your current role for at least two years.

Proficiency in Internet technologies, architecture, and Object-Oriented concepts

Experience in working with Database products, Source Control Systems, Application Servers, Web Servers

Sound knowledge of software design patterns & and paradigms

Experience working with Agile Development Methodologies and Build Deployment

VERY STRONG written and oral communication IS A MANDATORY requirement

Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines

Good analytical skills

Must be self-motivated with great communication and leadership skills
