Job Summary :
The candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. This role involves greeting guests, managing inquiries via phone and email, handling mail and correspondence, maintaining the reception area, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Visitor Management : Greet, welcome, and assist visitors, students, parents, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
- Communication : Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Reception Area : Maintain a clean, tidy, and presentable reception area, ensuring all necessary supplies and stationery are in stock.
- Administrative Support : Perform tasks such as data entry, filing, document preparation, and photocopying.
- Mail & Deliveries : Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Scheduling : Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars.
- Supplies & Inventory : Monitor and manage front office supplies, maintaining an accurate inventory.
- Record Keeping : Maintain visitor logs, records, and other documentation accurately.
- Security : Ensure office security by controlling access through the reception desk.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.Proven experience as a Front Office Executive, or in a similar role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Application Process
