Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of the human resources function. This role will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR compliance, training and development, and fostering a positive workplace Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program in coordination with finance and leadership.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management (labor law, health and safety, etc.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Manage HR staff by recruiting, training, and mentoring employees.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Nurture a positive working environment and uphold company Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree or MBA preferred).
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive role 5+
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels
