Responsible for IR matters

Employee Relations

Employee Health & Wellness

Workforce Administration

Employee Database Management

Employee Life Cycle Management (Hire to Retire)

Query Handling / Grievance Resolution

Contract Labor Management

General Administration

Unit Upkeep and Maintenance

AMCs for all utilities.

Overall supervision and monitoring of adherence of workplace policies & practices

Monthly MIS.

Qualifications

MBA or Post Graduation in related field
