Job Responsibilities

Utilize various sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring timely and effective communication with candidates
Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in HRMS
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop comprehensive job descriptions
Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends and talent availability.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives by promoting the company's culture, values, and opportunities.
Participate in various talent acquisition initiatives.
Assist in the preparation of job offers, including salary negotiations and contract terms
Track and report key recruitment metrics
Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the hiring process.
Skills
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
Qualification
MBA or Post graduate in HR.
2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
Experience
An ideal candidate should have knowledge and understanding of Broking business.
