Job descriptionCommunicate effectively with clients, vendors, senior management and internal teams; manage stakeholder expectations. Develop and manage budgets; track expenditures and ensure optimal allocation of resources. Identify risks and issues; prepare mitigation plans and resolve problems as they arise. Prepare status reports, dashboards, MIS updates; conduct postproject evaluations. Ensure delivery meets agreed SLAs, standards, and best practices. Bachelors degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related; MBA / Masters in Project Management is a big plus. Certifications such as PMP / CAPM / PRINCE2 / IPMA are highly valued experience with complex IT projects. Core skills : leadership, time & financial management, risk & problem solving, negotiation, adaptability. Strong verbal & written communication; capable of engaging stakeholders at multiple levels. Technical proficiency with tools like MS Project, Jira, Trello, Confluence etc. Domain experience (IT software, infrastructure etc.) desirable.
