Spanish Language Associate – B1 and Above – Mumbai

Location : Mumbai (On-site)

CTC : Up to ₹7 LPA

Experience : 0–4 years

Language Requirement : Spanish B1 or above

About the Role

We are hiring Spanish Language Associates for on-site roles in Mumbai. The position is ideal for candidates with B1+ Spanish proficiency who are looking to build or advance their career in a global business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle emails, documentation, and back-office support in Spanish
Review, process, and update customer data and case files
Communicate with internal stakeholders for updates and clarifications
Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables
Adhere to process guidelines, compliance requirements, and SLAs

Required Skills & Qualifications

Spanish language proficiency of B1 or above (DELE certification preferred but not mandatory)

Good written and verbal communication in Spanish and English

Strong analytical and comprehension skills

Ability to work on-site from the Mumbai office

Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required)

Prior experience in a Spanish language process is an advantage, but freshers with B2 are welcome
