We are looking for a Product Manager with 7-12 years of experience in construction chemicals
Major Responsibilities :
- To drive budgeted volumes for the existing product range, to develop operational and organizational plans for the product and ensure future performance by focusing on innovation and long-term strategy, and best manage sales support on products, channel / trade.
- Rich experience in construction chemicals companies
- Experienced across several sectors like Product management, Technical services, Complaint handling, International operation, new ideas / New product / solution development, training, and presentation to partner applicator and all businesses like retail, project, and international business.
- Seasoned PRODUCT SPECIALIST with robust background in managing diverse array of product portfolios of In-house development | B2B | B2C businesses and driving the Injection grouting portfolio, Structural Repair and Retrofitting portfolio, PU / Acrylic / cementitious waterproofing, Admixture.
- Developed a management skillset that contributes to effective product management, starting from initiation to launch and post-launch.
- Excellent communications skill involves training, presentations, product launches, etc.
- Being a technical core, make a significant contribution during product development of in-house / B2B to establish the right solutions for growing the businesses.
- Customer facing interfaces connecting customers, on-field technical support, troubleshooting, and the reduction of customer complaints
