Kiddopia is a leading kids’ learning and gaming app loved by millions worldwide. Kiddopia are looking for a CRM Lead / Manager to drive user engagement, retention, and growth through data-driven CRM strategies.
Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to engage users.
- Set up and optimize in-app events for improved CRM workflows.
- Manage and analyze campaigns with A / B testing to boost performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor campaigns for the US market.
- Utilize CRM tools to track performance, optimize user journeys, and ensure campaign effectiveness.
Requirements :
5–8 years of experience in CRM / lifecycle marketing.Strong expertise in email marketing & campaign management.Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Braze, MoEngage, or similar).Prior experience with US market audience.Data-driven mindset with proven track record of managing and scaling CRM programs.
