2. Improve market share of his products by effective communication strategy for creating differentiated perception
3. Articulate the strategy and marketing plan for the therapy to the team to reproduce it in the communication medium (PDA, inputs, literature etc) to build the brand recall in the customers.
4. Ensure smooth operations of marketing deliverables like visual aid, agreed inputs, literature and cycle meets etc to field sales.
5. Constantly take feedback on market intelligence from sales management team about the therapy movements and competitor activities.
6. Coordinate with packaging and development to come up with different looks for the product to make it more saleable.
7. Analyse the brand / therapy performance through ORG / CMARC data and interpretation of the same to the field sales for better planning and sharpened focus.
