Key Deliverables
- Implement and follow all food & beverage SOPs to maintain food quality, hygiene, and restaurant ratings.
- Monitor inventory, control food costs and wastage, and ensure the availability of products to meet customer demand.
- Achieve financial targets, including controlling expenses, managing petty cash, and forecasting sales.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective management of dispatches, product quality, and order pickup timelines.
Role Responsibilities
Lead and engage team members, conducting one-on-one sessions, training, and ensuring adherence to personal hygiene standards.Implement brand marketing and LSM activities to drive product sales and customer engagement.Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth unit operations and timely issue resolution.Monitor and maintain food safety standards, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and regular food testing.Skills Required
