Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Training : You will undergo a thorough training program that includes shadowing senior team members and visiting customer sites. This will give you deep insights into our sales and service processes, core product groups, and technical competencies.
- Territory Management : Upon successful completion of training, you will take ownership of an independent sales territory. This includes managing daily operations, executing strategic business plans to meet revenue targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Customer Engagement : Your primary goal is to build and nurture long-term relationships with customers. You will work to understand their needs and deliver solutions that add value, contributing to overall growth and customer loyalty.
- Sales Optimization : Utilize sales tools like 'sales funnels' and SFDC to enhance efficiency. You will analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Extensive Travel : You will travel extensively to understand market dynamics, visit various customer types, and explore different territories. This hands-on approach will provide you with valuable insights into regional nuances and customer preferences.
Required Qualifications
Education : A degree in Engineering .Experience : 1-4 years of field sales experience with a proven track record of acquiring and retaining customers.Competencies : You must be motivated and driven, with a relentless passion for sales.
