Role Description

The Graduate Management Trainee will actively support the day-to-day management, coordination, and execution of projects across various Industries connected to Marine services. Tasks include assisting in planning and implementing company initiatives, analyzing data to support decision-making, and facilitating communications between teams. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai, requiring close collaboration with clients, staff, and other stakeholders to advance company goals.

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills, including project planning, time management, and task prioritization

Effective communication abilities, both verbal and written, to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders

Proficiency in office tools and software, with an emphasis on digital fluency for professional tasks

Adaptability, enthusiasm for learning, and the ability to work independently within a structured environment

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related fields

Preferably located in North Chennai and having two wheeler for ease of commuting.
