Role Overview :

As a Management Trainee , you will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating across multiple teams and departments to ensure smooth execution of daily operations and long-term goals.

What You’ll Do

• Jump into day-to-day operations and support across multiple functions
• Take ownership of tasks based on skills- research, content, coordination, events, strategy, anything!
• Work closely with the core team on diverse projects
• Be part of the startup ecosystem activities PedalStart drives
• Think fast, act faster, and always bring that hustler mindset

Work Days : 6 days / Week (On-site)

Compensation : Based on Experience
