Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Graduate Management Trainee, based in Bengaluru with some work from home flexibility. The Project Management Associate will be responsible for supporting various departments, assisting with project management, conducting research, preparing presentations, and analyzing data. The role includes tasks like coordinating with different teams, participating in meetings, and contributing to strategic planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Project Management and Organization skills
• Research and Data Analysis skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-solving and Critical Thinking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Mater's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field required
• Experience or internship in a related field is a plus
