Sr. Executive – Operations

Experience Required : 2–5 years

Responsibilities :

Oversee day-to-day operational activities for smooth workflow.

Coordinate with various departments including production, purchase, and logistics.

Manage order processing, dispatch planning, and timely delivery to clients.

Monitor operational KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.

Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Handle vendor coordination for logistics and warehouse operations.

Ensure compliance with company standards and policies.

Skills Required :

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Knowledge of supply chain and operations management in apparel / home furnishing.

Proficiency in MS Office and operational tools.

Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

Days of inventory in hand to be monitored and maintained as per requirement.
