Area Property Manager

Location : Jaipur

Salary : Up to ₹40,000 / month

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Area Property Manager to assist in managing a portfolio of residential properties. You'll support the Area Property Manager in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, tenant satisfaction, and property upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Area Property Manager in overseeing multiple properties within your assigned zone.
• Coordinate tenant onboarding, check-ins, and move-outs.
• Handle tenant queries, maintenance requests, and escalations promptly.
• Conduct periodic property inspections and ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor teams for smooth property operations.
• Maintain occupancy levels by ensuring timely turnovers and property readiness.
• Assist in rent collection, documentation, and other operational processes.
• Prepare daily / weekly reports on property performance and issues.
