To work in Front office department and have experience of Front Desk, Guest Relations or Reservation, and support Team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
About the Role
To ensure consistent adherence to luxury service standards and guest engagement protocols across Front office touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Perform online check-in and check-out procedures swiftly and accurately using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to offer personalized recommendations.
- Assist with room assignments, upgrades, and special requests in coordination with the Reservations and Housekeeping teams.
- Operate the front office systems and ensure accurate entry of guest information, billing, and reservations.
- Handle cash, credit, and other payment transactions securely and accurately.
- Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Concierge, Food & Beverage, Maintenance) to ensure guest needs are met efficiently.
- Support concierge services such as transportation arrangements, restaurant bookings, and tour reservations when required.
- Maintain professional grooming, uniform, and appearance at all times.
- To support training of Front office staff to build a knowledgeable and service-oriented team.
