Qualifications
Graduate
3–4 years experience in EA / Secretarial / Office Management roles (preferably in a law firm )
Strong communication (English & Hindi)
Proficient in Mac / Windows, MS Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat
Excellent organizational, multitasking & confidentiality skills
Basic accounting knowledge (invoices, petty cash, records)
High attention to detail (especially for legal documents)
Key Responsibilities
Office & Staff Management
Oversee daily office operations; supervise support staff
Manage office supplies, vendors & facility maintenance
Calendar & Client Coordination
Manage Founder’s calendar, meetings, and court dates
Handle client calls / emails and maintain communication records
Legal Documentation
Maintain filing system for case files & legal papers
Prepare OCR / paginated documents for court filings
Travel Management
Arrange travel for Founder & Advisors (flights, hotels, transport)
Coordinate travel with business / court schedules
Finance Support
Manage petty cash & basic accounting records
Process reimbursements and vendor invoices
Negotiate with vendors for best rates
Confidentiality & Compliance
Maintain strict confidentiality of Firm & Client information
Ensure adherence to legal and office protocols
Additional Tasks
Assist Founder with admin & occasional personal tasks
Perform other duties as assigned
