Job Title : International Sales (1–3 Years Experience)
Key Responsibilities :
- Connect with inbound leads via calls, emails, and chat; understand parent needs and guide purchase decisions.
- Recommend advanced programs, bundles, and tools to maximize customer value through upselling and cross-selling.
- Build strong expertise in our programs, outcomes, and success stories to deliver persuasive pitches.
- Maintain accurate CRM records for interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress.
- Ensure every customer interaction is empathetic, solution-oriented, and positive.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to share feedback and improve user journeys.
Requirements :
Excellent English communication with neutral / global accent.1–3 years in international B2C / B2B inside sales, telesales, or customer success.Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.Comfortable with night shifts (9 pm–7 am IST).Tech-savvy, consultative, and empathetic.EdTech / digital learning sales experience is a plus.Show more
