Experience Required : 4 to 7 years (Minimum 2 years in International B2B Sales)
K&K Talents is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager - International to lead client acquisition in global healthcare staffing.
The role involves managing B2B sales across markets such as the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK.
We are looking for someone with strong consultative selling skills and international market exposure.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and connect with international healthcare organizations for staffing services
- Generate and nurture B2B leads through outbound outreach including LinkedIn, email, and phone
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead to onboarding
- Collaborate with internal teams for proposal development and delivery
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report regularly on sales performance
- Represent K&K Talents in virtual meetings and develop long-term client relationships
