Position : Executive - Digital Content Operations GEC

Purpose : This position is responsible for timely entering of content metadata into the CMS system.

Education : Diploma or Graduate (in Broadcast or Media)

Experience : 2-3 years

Location : Flexible

Reporting Relationship : Lead - Meta Data operations

Business / Channel / Function : Broadcast Operations and Network Engineering

Key Responsibilities :

• Metadata Operations

o Passion & dedication towards completing responsibilities with ownership.

o Entering the complete meta data details for a better user experience.

o High level of accuracy of all the data fields to create a database for future mapping.

o Following processes / workflows ensuring accuracy.

o Working closely with the business, product, edit, graphics and marketing teams to deliver high-quality content.

o Performing QC to ensure all published content is accurately available on the respective platforms.

o Writing creative Synopsis of the content and providing attractive / catchy title enticing user watch the content.

o Projects on bulk changes in the meta fields as per the stakeholders requirements.

o Providing meta tags for BAU in addition to projects and Originals.

o Networking with the product & tech team, understanding new features released in CMS, implementing them in daily operations.

o Typically 48 hours a week with an occasional availability and extending working hours when required based on requirements.
