• Act as a Technical Advisor for project teams, providing guidance and oversight throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Configure entities, forms, views, and workflows to align with business processes while leveraging out-of-the-box features and functionalities.
• Design and implement secure, reliable, and high-performing integrations with upstream and downstream applications using Azure services, REST APIs, and other integration tools.
• Lead the migration of data from legacy applications or on-premises CRM systems to Dynamics 365.
• Develop high-level and low-level design documents and ensure adherence to organizational policies and industry best practices.
• Stay updated with Dynamics 365 updates and enhancements, incorporating new features into solutions.
• Leading Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) - preparing reports and presenting them to clients or Stakeholders.
