Azure Architect

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Architect to lead the design, governance, and implementation of cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.

This role requires deep technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in designing enterprise-scale cloud architectures that are secure, scalable, and Responsibilities Architecture & Design :

• Design and define Azure-based solutions across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS platforms.
• Develop reusable architecture patterns, templates, and reference implementations.
• Define and enforce best practices for security, scalability, performance, and Delivery & Technical Leadership :
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into Azure architectures.
• Lead design workshops, solution assessments, and technical reviews.
• Support implementation teams with architecture guidance and troubleshooting as & Cloud Modernization :
• Lead assessment and migration of on-prem workloads to Azure using Azure Migrate and other tools.
• Design solutions for application modernization using AKS, Azure Functions, App Services, and Event Grid.
• Ensure minimal business disruption and optimal use of cloud-native Enablement & Stakeholder Engagement :
• Mentor cloud engineers, developers, and junior architects.
• Act as the Azure SME during audits, proposals, and internal reviews.
• Collaborate with InfoSec, DevOps, Application, and Infrastructure Skills and Qualifications :
• 6+ years of overall IT experience, with 4+ years of hands-on experience in Azure architecture and solutioning.
• Expertise in Azure migrations using Azure Migrate and other native tools.
• Hands-on experience in designing and managing container workloads with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Deep understanding of Azure security services.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Bicep), DevOps tools, and automation workflows.
• Strong understanding of networking, identity, governance, and compliance within Azure.
• Proven experience in handling multi-region, enterprise-scale deployments.
• Excellent communication and documentation Certifications :
• Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• (Optional) Azure Security Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer, etc.
